making the first steps with wxPerl and PAR

Thanks to jouke's great advice, I started playing with wxPerl and PAR (see my previous post...)

It's such a relief to be making it with Perl ! And wxWindows really looks like a great framework, so I'm happy there's a functional Perl interface to it.

PAR also works, I already managed to package a standalone .exe out of a simple wxPerl GUI application (it took about 3.2MB) and run it on a friend's PC that has no Perl installation. Yay !
