Levels of abstraction...

As I type code, it's amazing through how many levels the keystrokes go to reach the Emacs window.

The Emacs is open in a KDE environment on a Linux box, to which I connect by Exceed. The Exceed connection resides on a MS Server 2000, to which I connect by remote control from my Thinkpad. Phew !!
