My work laptop (the one I’m writing this from right now), an oldish ThinkPad T20 started making weird clicking noises yesterday. It’s probably the HD, and it probably means it’s “landing” – going to die very soon.

In the internet people refer to it as “dreadful clicks of death”. I opened a service request and backed up some info to the servers…
