Yesm there is an instruction on how to install the plug in, however I have a blog account on WordPress blogsite. How shall I upload that plug in. I have no access to the path mentioned in the instruction.

I use a slightly hacked version of the mathtran script to automatically convert marked-up elements to images. Works well. I have an example here:
