The beginning captured me as well, and I thought - why buy the book, instead I can just use it as a supermarket book - something to read whenever I'm in the supermarket (Aya and me do grocery together, and she does most of the actual shopping and picking, I just hang around :). Too bad a couple of weeks later they removed their entire books department. Now I might actually have to buy the book. Or get it from the library :) I encountered the book in the supermarket, from all places.
