Trying to get used to Eclipse for C/C++ development (with CDT) on Linux.

First impression: it’s slow. Second impression: it’s nice. Third (and current) impression: it’s darn slow (the machine is quite speedy, by the way).

I guess I’ll give it a try for some real work, to judge whether its slowness outweights its usefulness.
