convergence of small electronic devices

I wonder how long it will take to reach the most natural product - a cellular phone with a built in PDA and MP3 playing ability. Not anything spectacular - say a simple PDA (like a Palm) with a couple of Gigs of flash which can be also used to play music and with cellular phone abilities. Even a small digital camera can easily fit in - not the best lens, of course, but a good resolution can be reached.

I think there are products like this on the market, but they are still clunky.

I mean, sure companies make money from us by making all these devices separate, but someone should take the lead and unify it all in a convenient way...
