random stuff

  • Got myself a simple Lenco MP3/CD Disk player. iPods & co are still too expensive, so this $40 purchase will do, for now. All I need is half an hour a day, not every day, so paying $300 is an overkill. Today I listened to Michael Thomas’s Spanish Lectures on the bus home - very nice so far.
  • Getting back to learn some Signals & Systems for work. Ah, how much I loved this course in Uni… Really good stuff !
  • Refactoring parts of my bid Perl program @ work. I wrote those parts only a year ago - how much a point of view can change ? I wonder if it will ever settle. I spit with horror when I see me old (5 years back) C/C++ code…
  • Firefox keeps rocking my world. It’s absolutely magnificent.
