Seeing the blue background, white/yellow font code of Borland C 3 just makes me so nostalgic

I’m making some fixes to an old program that runs on an old, DOS operated machine, and has to talk with a custom card (it’s a sort of a driver). These cute “OWL” windows of Borland, ahh, I remember myself as a kid

Also - a “duh” moment. I was struggling for 15 minutes to understand why after writing values to the card’s registers I get nothing back. Then I realized I have no card in my PC
