Just some random stuff:

* This new virus/worm is killing me. I have a basic Yahoo mailbox I’ve been using for years, with 6 MB capacity. It takes exactly 15 minutes from the time I empty it to the time it’s full again with “MS Security patches” and “returned mails”, each roughly 140 KB. I fear I’m losing a lot of real email… when will this end ?! Argh…

* Electronics is real fun sometimes. Banging some code, compiling it, loading it through an ICE (In Circuit Emulator) to the board, routing some signals through the FPGA and to the test pod, and watching bits dance with a Logic Analyzer and a Scope. Ah… fun fun fun

* cpp - they decided to try using some existing cpp’s code base again, argh… 3rd time ! I’m sick of doing the same changes again, and again in void. Sometimes one just wishes to be able to manage his own life and not work for others
