full fledged open-source project

The time has come.

My ESMS program has become impossible to manage for me on my own. The user base has grown too large, a lot of people have the code modified - it’s time to make order out of chaos.

I’ll start by opening a project on Sourceforge. For now there will be 2 developers, me and another guy. I also created a Yahoo group to discuss the development, and it has 11 members already, so probably things will grow even larger.

I have no experience with such a thing, so I hope things will work out…. If it does, I’ll have the valuable experience of managing a large project, with several developers and many thousands of users. If it doesn’t… ahh, no, it will work out, I’m certain !
