My wife has taken a couple of Dale Carnegie’s books from her parents to read. Having read a few of his books some years ago, I decided to get a refresher and took on “How to stop worrying …”.

It’s such a terrific book ! I consider myself a very calm person, thinking rationally instead of worrying (well, most of the times), and yet I find a lot of useful advice, techniques, and mainly motivation in this book.

I think I’ll buy a copy of my own and read it once in every few months, I actually see how it can make my life better.
